Toby Leary is the president and co-founder of Cape Gun Works in Hyannis, Massachusetts and the founder of The Civil Rights Coalition, www.thecivilrightscoalition.com, which is challenging the state's latest package of gun control laws through a voter referendum that will be on the ballot this November 3, 2026 , Vote NO ON Ballot Question #9 to Repeal Chapter 135 Firearm Laws of 2024. In 2024, through a grassroots statewide effort, 100,000 signatures were gathered in 30 days to put this referendum on the 2026 ballot.
He also is frequently on the air with his RapidFire podcast discussing civil liberties, government overreach, ineffective firearm laws to curb criminal activities, SCOTUS 2A lawsuits, and the plight of law-abiding firearm owners - punished by the MA legal process to prove oneself innocent of felony charges.
Professor Mark W. Smith is a Visiting Fellow in Oxford University’s Pharmacology Department, and a Distinguished Scholar and Senior Fellow of Law and Public Policy, Ave Maria School of Law. He hosts the Four Boxes Diner YouTube Channel (www.youtube.com/TheFourBoxesDiner), which addresses Second Amendment scholarship, history and issues, and whose educational videos have been viewed over 72 million times. His Second Amendment scholarship has been cited by federal courts and by attorneys before the United States Supreme Court in NYSRPA v. Bruen, Wolford v. Lopez, and United States v. Rahimi.
